Alumni Spotlight: 2014 Graduates

Cloud Cocccclogounty Community College awarded over 280 degrees during its 2014 Commencement ceremony on Friday, May 16. The following students were awarded degrees.

Nena Robison, of Belleville, nursing;

Blake Porter, Belleville, has been named to Washburn University spring semester Dean’s Honor Roll. To be named to the list, a student must attain a semester grade point average between 3.4 and 3.99.

Clay Matthew Mettlen of Belleville,, was a candidate for a graduate degree during commencement ceremonies May 17 at Emporia State University.

Bethany College, Lindsborg, honored graduates May 18. Local graduates are:
Belleville: Sarah R. Kemmerer, Elementary Education Teaching, summa cum laude

The names of nearly 4,450 candidates for degree from the University of Kansas this spring – representing 88 Kansas counties, 45 other states and and 41 other countries – have been announced by the University Registrar. Area students are as follows:

Randi Holloway, of Belleville. Holloway will receive a bachelor of science in respiratory care.
Hillary Woods, of Belleville. Woods will receive a bachelor of science in exercise science.
